Ryan Koonce, MD

Benjamin Fetter is a Certified Athletic Trainer and is in charge of clinic operations for Dr. Koonce, Jordyn Roddy, and Allan Schmelzel.  He has extensive knowledge of treatments for hip and knee pain, how to prepare for surgery, and how to properly recover after joint replacement.

 

Ben earned his Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training at Northwestern College and later his Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.  Ben is a Colorado native and joined the team in 2023.

 

Ben started his career at St. Anthony North with Centura Health. While there he worked with the Sports Medicine team and Sports Medicine Fellowship. Ben enjoys getting patients back to their active lifestyles.

 

When Ben is not with patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and newborn. Ben also enjoys golfing, training for marathons/triathlons, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors.
